  1.       PREPARATION OF PROGRADE DISKS: Disks are ready to use. Just follow the
  2.       commands on the disk label. DO NOT USE WRITE PROTECT TABS!. To avoid
  3.       "INSERT DISK WITH COMMAND.COM" message, you will need to copy a file to
  4.       your DISKS. See manual.
  5.  
  6.       PREPARATION OF YOUR OWN DATA DISK:   Just use a formatted disk
  7.       and insert it in the correct drive when prompted.
  8.  
  9.       The intializing section is sets certain variables for THE PROGRADE
  10.       SYSTEM to use each time it runs. This needs to be done only once, but
  11.       may be redone at any time. To initialize, simply get to DOS, put the
  12.       program in Drive A, and type BEGIN <enter>. Your choices will be:

  14.            SCREEN COLOR SELECTIONS          AUTOMATIC SAVE - HOW OFTEN
  15.            VIEW SHORT VERSION OF MANUAL     SAVE CHANGES TO DISK AND END
  16.            PROGRESS REPORT COMMENTS         END BUT DONT SAVE CHANGES
  17.            OVERALL GRADE SETUP              PRINT MANUAL
  18.            CHOOSE DISK DRIVE FOR DATA       PRINT TUTORIAL
  19.            ADJUST TREND CALCULATIONS        PROGRADE ORDER/REGISTR. FORM
